***** August 7, 2010 is Equipment Pick Up at Maxwell Park ****

Please arrive by Team as Follows:

A Team : 9:00 A.M. - A's need to bring copies of their report cards

B Team : 9:45 A.M.

C Team : 10:30 A.M. 

Mighty Mites : 11:15 A.M.

Coaches will be on hand to weigh all players in and distribute equipment on Saturday, August 7, 2010 (Game Day Uniforms will be handed out at a later date to be announced.) Please complete and bring the 2010 Equipment Form.  

***Parents and Caregivers, please click here to print and complete
 the Candy Buyout/Purchase Form to be completed and brought with you on Saturday.  
 Each player may either pay the $30.00 per player buy out fee (max. $60 per family)
 or can buy a box of candy for $60 per player (max $120 per family and candy to be delivered  at a date to be announced.)***

2010 Open Registration

 

Be sure to take advantage of the discounted early registration fees! After April 10 the normal registration fee of $150.00 will apply. After June 1, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied and after August 1, a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. Please note the cutoff dates! There is a family maximum of $300.00, however, late fees will be applied to the family maximum amount.

 

 


REGISTRATION FEES

$125.00 discount special when you register before April 10!!!

  • After April 10 the registration fee will be $150.00 (Regular Registration Fee)
  • After June 1 the registration fee will be $175.00 (Regular Registration Fee+$25.00 Late Fee)
  • After August 1 the registration fee will be $200.00 (Regular Registration Fee+$50.00 Late Fee)

Registration will close after August 30.

Please Note: Additional fees for late registration are added in order to expedite delivery of equipment before the start of the season.

Teams fill up quickly so get your Registration and Physician's Forms in as soon as possible.

Effective 2/12/10: Online registration has been disabled due to a temporary suspension of credit card payments by RH Parks & Rec. Please mail your registration to RH Parks & Rec. Registrations must be postmarked by cut-off dates to avoid late fees.

***CTYFL requires that the Physician Consent Form be completed and on file before players and cheerleaders be allowed to participate.  If the Physician Consent Form is not completed and handed in prior to July 31, 2010 players and cheerleaders will not be allowed to participate.  Please make Doctor's appointments as soon as possible to fulfill this requirement.  The safety of all the kids is our top priority***

**** 2010 FLAG FOOTBALL REGISTRATION ****

Flag Football

 

This 6 week program is designed to introduce players to the beginning fundamentals of football.  Players will learn offensive & defensive positions, along with blocking, passing and catching techniques.  Learn to be part of a team and most importantly how to have fun with this great sport!

 

Fee schedule for Flag Football:

Until August 1, 2010 = $65.00

After August 1, 2010 = $65.00 + $25.00 Late Fee

You can register in person at the Parks and Recreation department.
