Be sure to take advantage of the discounted early registration fees! After April 10 the normal registration fee of $150.00 will apply. After June 1, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied and after August 1, a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. Please note the cutoff dates! There is a family maximum of $300.00, however, late fees will be applied to the family maximum amount.
Fee Schedule for Football and Cheerleading:
Until April 10, 2010 = $125.00 (Early Registration Incentive!)
After April 10, 2010 = $150.00 - Regular Registration Fee
After June 1, 2010 = $175.00 ($150+$25.00 Late Fee = $175.00)
After August 1, 2010 = $200.00 ($150+$50.00 Late Fee = $200.00)
Note: Teams fill up quickly so get your Registration Forms and Physicians Forms in as soon as possible.
To complete the the Rocky Hill Program Registration Form and the CTYFL Forms online, please have a credit card or checking account ready. Or the Registration Form and Physician Forms can be printed here from the RHYFC website, or at the CTYFL website: www.ctyfl.com, or the Park Recreation website: www.rhparkrec.org. Forms can also be picked up at the Parks and Recreation department.
***CTYFL requires that the Physician Consent Form be completed and on file before players and cheerleaders be allowed to participate. If the Physician Consent Form is not completed and handed in prior to July 31, 2010 players and cheerleaders will not be allowed to participate. Please make Doctor's appointments as soon as possible to fulfill this requirement. The safety of all the kids is our top priority***

****Parents and Caregivers please note: CTYFL requirements state that 13 and 14 year old players must have a report card on file. Please bring your child's report card when registering or a copy of their report card if mailing in along with the Registration Form and the Physician Consent Form****
