Registration period will begin on Tuesday January 8th, 2019 and end on Thursday August 1, 2019.
Simply choose your team below and click "Begin Registration". Parents and caregivers, after your participant is registered, please use the online payment feature or mail in your payment.
Please Note: There is a family maximum of $350.00 in registration fees. However, any fundraising fees will be exempt from the family maximum. All individual registrants will be required to participate in the fundraising activities or choose the 'buy-out' option.
There is a limit of 35 participants per team. Teams are determined on a first come first serve basis. Teams fill up quickly so be sure to register now!

CTYFL Registration & Physician Consent Forms
***CTYFL requires that the Physician Consent Form be completed and on file before players and cheerleaders be allowed to participate. If the Physician Consent Form is not completed and handed in prior to August 1, 2019 players and cheerleaders will not be allowed to participate. Please make Doctor's appointments as soon as possible to fulfill this requirement. The safety of all participants is our top priority***
Please mail registration and physician forms to the address below. Please note that for all new players - they will also need to send in a copy of their birth certificate.
Players and cheerleaders registering for the A Team must also include a copy of their current year report card validating that they are not in high school.
